I led the migration and rebuild of Elizabeth Arden’s internal employee portal, EA Insider, transforming it into a streamlined WordPress experience designed to centralize onboarding resources, training materials, corporate updates, and key employee links.
Working with the product manager, I restructured the site architecture to consolidate a wide range of content into intuitive top-level sections. The goal was to simplify navigation and improve usability while maintaining a clean, brand-aligned design.
I developed a fully custom WordPress theme and implemented flexible ACF-based content modules, allowing the team to easily manage sliders, two-column content sections, and structured layouts without technical overhead. The result was a modern, responsive internal hub that improved content management efficiency and made it significantly easier for employees to access essential resources.
